It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content, services, availability and prices. A change will not be applied retrospectively where doing so would reduce a client's existing contractual or statutory rights.
ToneTrendz provides non-invasive cosmetic, body-contouring, skincare and personal care services. Our services are intended to support appearance and wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any disease or medical condition.
If you have a medical concern, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have an allergy or skin condition, have an implanted device, recently underwent surgery or another procedure, or are unsure whether a service is suitable for you, you should obtain appropriate medical advice before treatment and disclose relevant information during consultation.
Services are subject to individual consultation and suitability assessment. Before treatment, a client may be required to complete or update a consultation or consent form and provide information relevant to safe treatment, including health information and contraindications.
ToneTrendz may refuse, postpone, stop or modify a service, recommend an alternative, or request medical clearance where reasonably necessary for safety, suitability, legal compliance or professional standards. A refusal to provide information needed to assess suitability may mean that we cannot provide the service.
Any consent to use a photograph or video for marketing is optional and separate from treatment consent. Refusing marketing photography will not affect access to treatment.
Results vary between clients and depend on factors including age, genetics, lifestyle, nutrition, hydration, hormonal factors, body composition, skin characteristics, treatment frequency and compliance with aftercare. Unless expressly agreed in writing, ToneTrendz does not guarantee a particular aesthetic result, measurement change, weight or fat reduction, duration of result or number of sessions required.
Photographs, testimonials, illustrations and descriptions show possible experiences or outcomes only and are not guarantees. Some website or advertising images may be licensed stock images or may be digitally created, enhanced or generated using artificial intelligence. Unless clearly identified otherwise, they should not be understood as images of an actual ToneTrendz client or as evidence of a guaranteed result.
Appointments are by prior reservation and remain subject to confirmation. ToneTrendz uses Fresha as its customer relationship management (CRM) and booking platform to help manage client records, appointments, reminders, packages, consultation information and related communications.
When you use Fresha, you may also enter into a separate relationship with Fresha and its own terms and privacy notice may apply. More information is available in our Privacy Policy and in the Fresha Privacy Notice.
Clients should arrive at the time stated in their confirmation. Late arrival may shorten the available service time or require rescheduling where the service cannot safely or reasonably be completed.
The cancellation and rescheduling conditions shown at booking or in the booking confirmation apply to the appointment. Where a client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, or does not attend a confirmed appointment, ToneTrendz may charge a disclosed fee, deduct the scheduled session from a prepaid package, or require prepayment for a future booking, to the extent that the condition was clearly disclosed before booking and is permitted by applicable law.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead ToneTrendz to decline future bookings. These conditions do not limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Prices are stated in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). A consumer-facing price will show the total amount payable, including VAT where applicable, unless a different presentation is permitted by law. Any deposit, cancellation charge or other mandatory fee will be disclosed before the booking or purchase is confirmed.
The applicable price is the price confirmed at booking or purchase. Payment may be processed by ToneTrendz or by an authorised third-party provider, including a provider made available through Fresha. A payment provider's own terms may also apply.
Completed services that were properly described and properly performed are non-refundable for change of mind. Correctly supplied retail products are also non-refundable for change of mind, and opened, unsealed, used, tested or tampered-with cosmetic and skincare products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Treatment packages may contain paid sessions plus complimentary sessions. Complimentary sessions have no separate cash, credit, exchange or refund value. If management exceptionally approves a goodwill partial refund of an Eximia package, the refund unit rate is the package amount actually paid divided by the number of paid sessions only. Completed sessions are counted against paid sessions first.
Full conditions, the calculation example and the process for submitting a request are set out in the Refund, Package and Product Policy. Nothing in that policy or this Legal Notice excludes a remedy required by applicable UAE law for a defective, misdescribed, incorrectly supplied, non-conforming or unprovided product or service.
ToneTrendz processes personal data in connection with enquiries, bookings, consultations, services, purchases, receipts, package records, safety and security. This may include health-related information supplied to assess treatment suitability. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of how we use and protect personal data, including data processed through Fresha, WhatsApp, website analytics, payment providers and CCTV.
Treatment-progress photographs may be taken for the client's treatment record only with appropriate consent. Separate, optional consent will be obtained before identifiable content is used on our website, social media, advertising or other marketing.
CCTV may operate in reception and other common areas for safety, security, incident investigation and protection of clients, staff and property. CCTV use is subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Treatment rooms are private and are not intended to be monitored by CCTV unless this is specifically disclosed and lawfully justified.
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, icons, layouts and design elements are owned by ToneTrendz or used under licence. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation or use the website for unlawful purposes.
The website may link to or interact with third-party services, including Fresha, Google Maps, Google Analytics, WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers and other external websites. External services are controlled by their respective providers. ToneTrendz is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security or privacy practices, although this does not affect ToneTrendz's obligations for personal data for which it is responsible.
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and the website available, but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToneTrendz is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary website unavailability, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited by law.
This website and this Legal Notice are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dubai unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

إذا كانت لديكِ مشكلة صحية، أو كنتِ حاملاً أو مرضعة، أو تتناولين دواءً، أو لديكِ حساسية أو حالة جلدية أو جهاز طبي مزروع، أو خضعتِ مؤخراً لجراحة أو إجراء آخر، أو لم تكوني متأكدة من ملاءمة الخدمة لكِ، فينبغي الحصول على المشورة الطبية المناسبة قبل العلاج والإفصاح عن المعلومات ذات الصلة أثناء الاستشارة.
تخضع الخدمات لاستشارة فردية وتقييم الملاءمة. وقد يُطلب من العميلة قبل العلاج استكمال أو تحديث نموذج الاستشارة أو الموافقة وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة لسلامة العلاج، بما فيها المعلومات الصحية وموانع العلاج.
يجوز لتون تريندز رفض الخدمة أو تأجيلها أو إيقافها أو تعديلها، أو اقتراح بديل، أو طلب موافقة أو تصريح طبي عندما يكون ذلك ضرورياً بصورة معقولة للسلامة أو الملاءمة أو الامتثال القانوني أو المعايير المهنية. وقد يؤدي رفض تقديم المعلومات اللازمة لتقييم الملاءمة إلى تعذر تقديم الخدمة.
تكون الموافقة على استخدام الصور أو مقاطع الفيديو لأغراض التسويق اختيارية ومنفصلة عن الموافقة على العلاج، ولا يؤثر رفض التصوير التسويقي في الحصول على العلاج.
تختلف النتائج بين العميلات وتعتمد على عوامل تشمل العمر والجينات ونمط الحياة والتغذية والترطيب والعوامل الهرمونية وتكوين الجسم وخصائص البشرة وتكرار الجلسات والالتزام بتعليمات العناية اللاحقة. وما لم يتم الاتفاق كتابةً وبصورة صريحة، لا تضمن تون تريندز نتيجة جمالية محددة أو تغيراً معيناً في القياسات أو الوزن أو الدهون أو مدة النتيجة أو عدداً محدداً من الجلسات.
تعرض الصور والتجارب والرسومات والأوصاف نتائج أو تجارب محتملة فقط ولا تعد ضماناً. وقد تكون بعض الصور المستخدمة في الموقع أو الإعلان صوراً مرخصة أو صوراً تم إنشاؤها أو تحسينها رقمياً أو بالذكاء الاصطناعي. وما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك بوضوح، فلا ينبغي اعتبارها صوراً لعميلة فعلية لدى تون تريندز أو دليلاً على نتيجة مضمونة.
تتم المواعيد بالحجز المسبق وتظل خاضعة للتأكيد. تستخدم تون تريندز منصة Fresha كنظام لإدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) والحجوزات للمساعدة في إدارة سجلات العميلات والمواعيد والتذكيرات والباقات ومعلومات الاستشارة والمراسلات ذات الصلة.
عند استخدام Fresha، قد تنشأ أيضاً علاقة مستقلة بينكِ وبين Fresha وقد تسري شروطها وإشعارات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. تتوفر معلومات إضافية في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا وفي إشعار الخصوصية لدى Fresha.
ينبغي للعميلات الحضور في الوقت المبين في تأكيد الحجز. وقد يؤدي التأخر إلى تقصير الوقت المتاح للخدمة أو إلى إعادة الجدولة إذا تعذر إكمال الخدمة بأمان أو بصورة معقولة.
تسري شروط الإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة المبينة عند الحجز أو في تأكيده. وإذا ألغت العميلة أو أعادت الجدولة قبل أقل من 24 ساعة، أو لم تحضر موعداً مؤكداً، فيجوز لتون تريندز فرض رسم تم الإفصاح عنه أو خصم الجلسة المحددة من باقة مدفوعة مسبقاً أو طلب الدفع المسبق للحجز التالي، وذلك بالقدر الذي يكون فيه الشرط قد أُفصح عنه بوضوح قبل الحجز ويجيزه القانون المعمول به.
قد يؤدي تكرار الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور إلى رفض حجوزات مستقبلية. ولا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حق أو وسيلة معالجة لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.
تُذكر الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي. ويبين أي سعر معروض للمستهلك إجمالي المبلغ الواجب دفعه شاملاً ضريبة القيمة المضافة عند انطباقها، ما لم يسمح القانون بطريقة عرض مختلفة. وسيتم الإفصاح عن أي عربون أو رسم إلغاء أو رسم إلزامي آخر قبل تأكيد الحجز أو الشراء.
يكون السعر المعمول به هو السعر المؤكد عند الحجز أو الشراء. وقد تتولى تون تريندز أو مزود دفع خارجي معتمد معالجة الدفع، بما في ذلك أي مزود متاح عبر Fresha. وقد تسري كذلك شروط مزود الدفع.
لا ترد قيمة الخدمات المكتملة التي تم وصفها وتنفيذها بصورة صحيحة لمجرد تغيير الرأي. كما لا ترد قيمة المنتجات التي تم توريدها بصورة صحيحة لمجرد تغيير الرأي، ولا يمكن عادةً إعادة منتجات التجميل والعناية بالبشرة التي تم فتحها أو إزالة ختمها أو استخدامها أو تجربتها أو العبث بها لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة.
قد تتضمن باقات العلاج جلسات مدفوعة وجلسات مجانية. ولا تكون للجلسات المجانية قيمة نقدية أو ائتمانية أو قيمة استبدال أو استرداد مستقلة. وإذا وافقت الإدارة استثنائياً على استرداد جزئي من باب حسن النية لباقة إكسيميا، فتكون قيمة الاسترداد لكل جلسة مساوية للمبلغ المدفوع فعلياً للباقة مقسوماً على عدد الجلسات المدفوعة فقط، وتحتسب الجلسات المكتملة أولاً من الجلسات المدفوعة.
ترد الشروط الكاملة ومثال الاحتساب وطريقة تقديم الطلب في سياسة الاسترداد والباقات والمنتجات. ولا يستبعد أي حكم في تلك السياسة أو في هذا الإشعار القانوني أي وسيلة معالجة يوجبها قانون دولة الإمارات عن منتج أو خدمة معيبة أو موصوفة أو موردة بصورة غير صحيحة أو غير مطابقة أو لم يتم تقديمها.
تعالج تون تريندز البيانات الشخصية فيما يتعلق بالاستفسارات والحجوزات والاستشارات والخدمات والمشتريات والإيصالات وسجلات الباقات والسلامة والأمن. وقد تشمل هذه البيانات معلومات صحية تقدم لتقييم ملاءمة العلاج. يرجى قراءة سياسة الخصوصية لمعرفة كيفية استخدام البيانات الشخصية وحمايتها، بما في ذلك البيانات التي تعالج عبر Fresha وواتساب وتحليلات الموقع ومزودي الدفع وكاميرات المراقبة.
لا تؤخذ صور متابعة العلاج لسجل العميلة إلا بعد الحصول على الموافقة المناسبة. كما تُطلب موافقة منفصلة واختيارية قبل استخدام أي محتوى يمكن التعرف من خلاله على العميلة في الموقع أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو الإعلانات أو غيرها من أغراض التسويق.
قد تعمل كاميرات مراقبة في منطقة الاستقبال وغيرها من الأماكن المشتركة لأغراض السلامة والأمن والتحقيق في الحوادث وحماية العميلات والموظفات والممتلكات. ويخضع استخدامها لسياسة الخصوصية والقانون المعمول به. وتعد غرف العلاج أماكن خاصة ولا يقصد مراقبتها بالكاميرات إلا إذا تم الإفصاح عن ذلك تحديداً وكان له مبرر قانوني.
ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك، تملك تون تريندز محتوى الموقع ونصوصه وعلاماته وشعاراته ورسوماته وصوره ومقاطع الفيديو وأيقوناته وتنسيقاته وعناصر تصميمه، أو تستخدمها بموجب ترخيص. ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو توزيعها أو تعديلها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون إذن كتابي مسبق، إلا في الحالات التي يسمح بها القانون.
يحظر إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة الدخول غير المصرح به أو إدخال برامج ضارة أو تعطيل تشغيل الموقع أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني.
